| 1. Mutual Responsibility
Please read the back of the form for information about the points determining the mutual responsibility of our agency and our guests.
2. Departures
If travelling by plane, we request you to be at the airport 2 hours before departure.If travelling by bus be at least 1/2 hour before departure at the departure area mentioned.
Times of departure are already mentioned on the forms but please cheque everything one week before the travel. from our agencies.
It is our duty to remind you of these kind of details and it is your duty to find out the details on the subject of departure.
3.A- Luggage Security And Transportation
Please make sure that all your luggage is labelled before you start your trip and hand all your lugge in to your Tour Leader.
Before the return travel do not get on the vehicle before you have shown your luggage to the Organization Guide.
We are not responsible for unlabelled luggage and luggage which is not handed in to the Organization Guide.
B- While establishing into the rooms it will take the staff some time to bring your luggage up.
We ask you to allow them the time they need for this.In the case you need your luggage urgently,you have to inform about it yourself.
C- Remember that for safety reasons,the travel route can not be changed .
4.About cigarettes
It is not allowed to smoke during he trip according to the related law.
We remind you that smokers can smoke at certain stops where we have a break.
5. Bus transport
According to our seat planning we take elderly people, families with children,disabled and order of registration into account.
For this reason we request you to keep to this seat planning in our busses. We remind you that the same seat number is nor guaranteed on your return trip.
6. Transportation Security
We request you not to use electronical objects like mobile phones,disc players etc. because these kinds of objects influence our technical equipment negatively.
7. Stops
You can be sure that the places where we stop during our trip are carefully chosen,good places.
In spite of this, on some special occasions, festive days or bank holidays there might be unsufficient service.
Please excuse us for these kinds of situations which are out of our control.
8. Establishment into the rooms
During the registration certain wishes like size or distance of the rooms, room numbers, view of rooms,rooms next or opposite eachother can not be guaranteed. Such wishes are send on to the hotel management. There they try to fulfill certain possible whishes.
The hotel management decide on such subjects. For this reason we ask you not to make any fuss about this.
9. Voucher; Forms of accomodation
While entering the hotel, be sure that you have your accomodation form,given by our agencies,with you. Show it at the reception in case it is asked for.
When your reservation is done, cheque your reservation date, cheque in date, boarding place etc. on the form.
10. Your Expenses And The Bill
Your bill will be handed over to you after your reservation is done.Except for reservations made outside our offices(like ordering by mail). In such cases your bill will be send to your adress by post.
If your bill has not arriven in 20 days, is late or lost, please contact the person who is responsible for sales where you made your reservation from.
Remember that bills can be organized on names of businesses as well as on private names.
11. Visa Procedures
Depending on the situation, visa procedures are purchased at the related consulate by our travel agencies for trips abroad.
Visa expences belong to the traveller.The private forms handed over by you and taken delivery of by us does not mean that the visa is guaranteed.
12. Accomodation Details
Please take the reservation form and the information on your Voucher into account for accomodation details described in the brochure where the holiday is going to take place(full pension, half pension and everything is included details).
13.For You
Remember;
A-To leave your holiday adress or and telephone number to your relatives.
B-To take safety regulations for technical equipments such as electricity, water and gas.
C-If you leave pets or plants behind(eg.birds) leave their water and or food so that they can easily reach it.
D-To leave a small window open for ventilation.
Remember to take your and your companions passport, identity card, credit cards, accomodation forms, tickets and other forms you will need during the trip,with you. |
